As I see it ... they been tracking that car....Mr Blue already has the key.... but had to wait for the guy in the Camry to deactivate the alarm system. Most likely...they sold the car to the guy ....or ...the car was left at a mechanic shop . Most likely...the number plate on the Camry is fake or stolen.

The car was not locked. If he tried opening it without succeeding he would have left. The guy in the Camry gave him a key, which he put into his pocket. The key he was given is what he used to start the ignition. People need to be vigilant, whenever you see someone patrolling the road doing nothing, such a person is usually a thief.

The resolution on the frame will be poor. Our police lack the software to enhance frames like that.

The owner of the Highlander can screenshot those frames and send them to guys in the US who will do digital enhancement and pick out the plate number of the camry. Some guys in Nigeria may even be able to do it.

yes there are but they're not used for this kind of cars, they're used for high end cars like g wagon, velar,masersti, top end audis and the likes but this particular one just needs a master 🔑 but you see the device wey they use for those high end cars hmmmmmm boys use them in Canada,US & even dubai to steal and move cars down to Africa.
