Freedom of speech exists. If there is no freedom of speech, he would not have been able to post what he posted. Freedom to spread lies also exists but it comes with freedom of the DSS or police to arrest you. Freedom of Afe Babalola to report you to the police and freedom of ElRufai’s son to sue you.

Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences of spreading lies.
