This one here too is now posting a list of world's most corrupt leaders, as culled from another nobody with a twitter handle.

Modified: Looks like this has some merit. A cursory search revealed that this one isn't an individual with a twitter handle. Nonetheless, even this based on the likely sample size and the high likelihood for it to be skewed, makes it not as comprehensive as I would desire.
