The aviation industry must take a hard, unapologetic stance to end its perpetual financial bleeding. This requires a nationwide shutdown of non-essential and underperforming airports. Airports in Akure, Ibadan, Ilorin, and the ill-advised proposed projects in Ogun, Ekiti, and Osun must be scrapped immediately. The industry can no longer afford to subsidize inefficiency under the guise of regional development. It's time for brutal fiscal discipline to secure the sector's survival. |

Let them shutdown operation in the south East due to the criminal activities in the south East. Cutting off the south East will improve services and encourage the NCC to review Tariff. Over 85% of the population of the South East don't use phone according to research and statistics. There is no need operating in areas like south East where there is no profit. |

I agree with the telecommunication companies here . There’s no point investing scarce resources on unproductive zones where they are too broke to recharge their lines or even buy data. The sad east should be excised from Nigeria and added as bonus to Bakassi and surrendered to Cameroon. How can you have over 40 million useless billionaires in a place and yet produce the lowest figures in the country . The maps below is the reason why the telcos are unhappy . The sad east needs to do better walahi 😂😂 Even the war torn North East is more economically viable than the sad east . Osu should get to work and stop leeching on the rest of the county . Finally, my advice to the telcos is that telecommunication infrastructures in the sad east should be diverted to other zones where they are really needed . The sad east should go back to the era where messengers are used or someone should be using gong to disseminate information at the village square 😂😂😂😂

kettykings:Guilty conscience is already disturbing this osu . See a poor attempt at diversion . We are talking about telcos here and you are mumbling about airports 😂😂. Could be sign of schizophrenia too Dude , when we we get to airports issue we’d talk about a certain airport in the country in Abakaliki where even bird has not flown since it was built but that’s a story for another day . The sad east is about to be cut off from civilization . You backward villagers don’t even need data . You are too broke to afford phones or even recharge the few ones you have . Choke on this beautiful maps Emeka

It is inevitable. Most commodities have had a x6 to x15 price increase since 2014. Only telecoms seem not to have increased the cost of service in same vein. They should leave let us go back to nitel since some slaves are hellbent on running the country aground with their pure greed |
