Hello Everyone , What's the Significant of Attending Cross over night in Church .

Can't Someone just stay in his House , Give thanks to God for His Mercies and Kindness in the Year Past and Pray into the New Year .

So Funny at Ikotun Last Year , I was Passing Infront of a Noisy Prostitute Hotel just some Few Minutes to 2024 ,I saw two of these Prostitutes Coming out and talking to themselves , Won't Helen Do fast so we can gets to that Church to Cross over , Na waoo , Abeg make we dey go I no wan to stay inside the hotel to Cross Over ooo.

I shook my Head in Awe.

You see some that have never been to church even for once In Year , You see Church Filled Up everywhere ...

It's a pagan tradition there is nothing like New Year celebration in God's word but since these churches of Christendom has indoctrinated so many people they thought it has to do with God!

Also if I May ask , Doesn't it worth it that one should Celebrates and Jubilates Given Thanks to Almighty God For being Alive for a Period of 365 days even though we weren't Commanded by God.

Finally I don't think New Year Celebration is of The Christians ,I think any Living Soul that finds it deem fit to Express Gratitude unto his Creator can Celebrate.

I never see anywhere in the Bible whereby Doing that is Pagan Tradition .

Like Personally I'm not a dummy or Robot ,If I personally Decided to Express My Joy in a Way and tbe Pagan do Similar ,Once I wasn't a Pagan and do not Copy my Acts from the Pagans ,I wouldn't Desist just because some Ignorant Pagans have taken it as their Tradition .

According to Churchians, there are none perfect/Holy aka without sin or sinless, so what surprises you that two prostitutes chose to walk into your churches already filled to the brim with other sinners? Abi your sin better pass their own sin now?🤔

There is nothing wrong in choosing a day for feasting the problem starts when making it public because it affects a lot of things.

Let's use Passover the other man mentioned as a case study, Israelites were to use a sheep or goat in one night {Exodus 12:1-51} this will end when the Christ come to sacrifice his life for the salvation of obedient mankind.

Most Israelite families have sheep or goats and families who can't afford it can join those that have its only within Israel but when Christ established the New Covenant which is global there is no further need for sheep or goats.

Pagan festivals keep making life unbearable but unbelievers can't know unless they are taught. Each year people celebrate these festivals inflation increases because everyone wants to be involved that's why things you buy around October to November @ ₦500 suddenly increases to ₦1,000 or more by December and it will never go back to the old price.
The same thing we buy ₦1,500 is now sold for millions of Naira today all because of these yearly pagan festivals.

There's nothing wrong being a pagan. The word Pagan is used by the west and the church to demonise the traditions of our forebears and subverse and supplant our cultures. They made our spirituality seem demonic and abuses it as paganism, now we don't even recognise and have forgotten how to use our African traditions, our cultures and our spirituality to be powerful.
