This Nexus 43 inches TV played Netfix for a few months and suddenly stopped. I've checked for updates on the TV and it's always up to date. I have reinstalled the Netflix app and it's always like this (image). The play button is inactive Kindly advise. TV was bought brand new

Does YouTube and other streaming app come on? If they come on, try update your Netflix or factory reset TV and reinstall the app. If other app are having issues then maybe your TV WiFi module is dirty and needs cleaning. For that, you need to unscrew the TV to get to the WiFi chipset. |

This is not peculiar to you. I have similar issue on two different TVs , a Smart LG, Samsung and an android box. I was given notice on one that Netflix will stop working on a certain date. Of a truth it stopped, uninstall and refused to install. 1 Like |

ayenika1:If the home button on the remote is not responding, you need to do a hard reset and that is complicated because it involves using the physical buttons on the TV itself. Every manufacturer has different procedures for this, so you have to take it to a technician. |
