Obi’s record as a politician in Nigeria remain the best and the reason we became obedient and believe this man will transform Nigeria. He built most of the rural roads that connected 177 communities in anambra, built gigantic LG headquarters in the 21 LGAs in the state where there was none, completed Orient refinery, built igbariam campus of anambra state university which is 80% of the school, built a teaching hospital, revived all old missionary hospitals like Waterside Onitsha, Regina caeli Awka, iyienu Ogidi etc and at least one healthcare center in every LGA, built the sabmiller industry complex where hero beer is located, made anambra the number one in education in Nigeria for years consecutively, plot of land was about 400k and Awka had less than 5 hotels as state capital but by the time he left you couldn’t count the number of hotels in Awka and nobody would sell you land for less than 15m, he made Anambra the safest state in Nigeria for 5 years consecutively before he left, anambra he left around 200bn for his predecessor and never borrowed a dime amongst other things all these he achieved with allocations that was less than 5 local governments in Lagos actually the same with Gombe which was 2.8bn then opened peoples eyes to the fact that there is money in government only that our leaders have chosen not to do that because of greed. There was a documentary channels tv made about him still out there and the Yorubas in Awka have always testified about Peter Obi exemplary record as Governor
