If the victim is still alive, not only attempted murder should be posted on the charge sheet. They should include assault, battery, terrorism, attempted robbery, thuggery, banditry, murder, arson and cultism.

Am telling u 😢 but to me the story no clear because even if you see someone with load or so u need to ask questions and engage the person to know where and who owns the property.

Probably it was a planned murder or so or maybe they lied too that he was helping somebody to part load form one place to another

Yes I understand the angle you are coming from infact I almost supported what they did if truly the guy was a thief ..

But according to the story ehn 🤔 I don't think d story is clear enough because he suppose to be questioned and he will tell them that this and that ..

Those security guys, a psychologist needs to examine their brains because I don't think they are alright.

You are not even police men, you are mere security guards, you saw a man packing or unpacking heavy loads, something that can be stolen and sprinted away with likes a watch or money, all you had to was question him and do some confirmation.

You are right. That brings us to issue number two which is Mob justice. Many innocent victims have lost their lives. Police stations & courts of law are there for a reason. The locals were probably accomplices.
