The UNGA passed a resolution condemning Russia invasion of Ukraine and asked that Russia stops its military operations in Ukraine, ode let the UN go and stop Russia from carry out its business in Ukraine.

The UN has no power to make laws, it can only pass resolutions. Even such resolutions in the UNSC can be veto as we have seen the US and Russia do many times.

The UNGA resolutions are not legal binding.
