Hemanwel:
A family friend, who is a 200L (going to 300L) student of Unizik, came visiting on 31st Dec and surprisingly told me one of his lecturers - an Igbo man - used to be a die-hard supporter of Tinubu, prior to the 2023 elections because he believed he (Tinubu) would replicate the developmental strides of Lagos to Nigeria. Because of that, he canvassed for votes for Tinubu in his community.

But today, that same lecturer is lamenting like the book of Lamentations and cursing the life out of the efulefu presido.

Just like that man, Tinubu is a huge disappointment to many!
When people talk about tinubu’s development strides in Lagos, I use to wonder if they are referring to the same lagos I was born and bred or another Lagos entirely.

This man have nothing to offer. No plans, no blueprint... Absolutely nothing.

Werey.

He is not in his position.

The fossil there signed up for the job. He should do what he is paid to do or vacate the seat for a more competent person instead of destroying the country like he is currently doing.

Don’t come here and be asking people stupid questions.

It’s too early to be stupid in 2025.

Why do people like you get triggered and upset when sane Nigerians are holding bat to account?

Bat and apc protested when subsidy was removed in 2012. Even at N97, bat said price of pms was too high. Today, bat has not only removed subsidy, but pms hovers around N1000, but you don't want people to talk?

In 2014, bat said the exchange rate at N217:$1 was too high. Today, it hovers around N1600:$1. But people like you don't want anyone to complain.

In 2014, bat condemned inflation rate of 8.5%. Today, inflation is at almost 40%, yet you feel people are not justified to talk?

The situation the country is today is not what bat and the apc promised Nigerians. Should people clap for bat when things are getting worse?

Remember what he said last year,

Reliable Electricity Supply: Tinubu pledged to deliver consistent power to homes and businesses. However, Nigeria experienced 12 national grid collapses during the year, indicating challenges in achieving this goal.

Food Security and Affordability: He aimed to boost food production and make food more affordable. Despite some initiatives, the National Bureau of Statistics reported significant increases in food prices throughout 2024, suggesting limited success in this area.

Economic Growth: The President promised to expand the economy by at least 6% annually and attract foreign investment. While some progress was made, the economy grew by approximately 3%, falling short of the target.

Job Creation: Tinubu committed to creating jobs and reducing poverty. Despite efforts, unemployment and poverty rates remained high, indicating that more work is needed to fulfill this promise.

Security Enhancement: He vowed to improve national security. While there were some improvements, security challenges persisted in various regions.

that means this year we are literary finish, because this is the exact opposite that will happen this year, we should come up with an ideal to be able to be our own president.. yeah
