Why should VAT be based on 60% derivation and crude oil on 13%?

If you provide answers to the above, then you will see what Tinubu intend to do
Firstly, I am convinced there will be traction on Oil reforms once this gets through. You can already see how the North want to kpai themselves on top of ordinary VAT, wait till you their reation to Oil revenue allocation reforms.

Also, Tax Reform only favours dynamic state governments, lazy ones (like Ogun state) that exist in Yorubaland would lose out if they don't change.
