Lagos has a far better healthcare system, road network, rail network, electricity system, pipe borne water supply and education system than Anambra or any other state in the South East of Nigeria. That’s why Ibo people rush to Lagos daily for survival. You guys can’t even survive in your states.

Lagos supposed to be in competition with African best cities lİke Cairo,Nairobi,Johanesburg,,Abidjan etc in infrastructural development not Anambra or Abia which generates less than 10% of Lagos state revenue.
Even if Lagos state is the best managed state in the world which it is not there is still need for improvement which GRV or any other person can offer not just APC.
