One thing: the said councillors must be ready for litigations.

5 members didn't impeach, it is at least 7 sir. There's no point going to court as it's a waste of precious time of the court. Tinubu won't withhold any APC state funds

Oga, nowhere in the news or write up was 5 members mentioned. The only figure mentioned was 3 members who where suspended which means 9 members carried out the impeachment which exceeds the requirements sir..
Those chairmen are gone. Even Tinubu is out to deal with Obaseki and his stooges so forget this case.besides, their tenure ends next year so any court case won't get to the apex court before then. By the way, oshiomhole isn't involved. He is not in the scheme of things sir. Oshiomhole never supported okpebholo originally. Basic miscalculation like this is why PDP keeps losing to APC

Me sef hate Obidients die but this is nothing to do with them. Ẹdo politics is a total mess. No one shamelessly changes party from PDP to APC as much as an Edo politician, even at grassroots level.

Sorry sir, impeachment is a constitutional process and no court can stop or interfere in it sir. This is a settled matter. The chairmen have been removed already so going to court to get a stay is too late. For a judge to adjourn a matter indefinitely means there's political pressure from above which pdp in Edo cannot project...
This impeachment is an alternative to the suspension of the chairmen earlier announced. The suggestion might even have come from the presidency. Oshiomhole is tinubu no 1 ally in SS so do not think he is acting without Tinubu's knowledge..

It is good that you said Asue might defect which means you endorse defection. If you love the chairmen,tell them to defect after all two just defected today. It is the best way.or better still, let them remain in pdp and align with the gov just like the pdp assembly members are...
Tinubu might not support suspension of chairmen but he certainly would not want to work with majority of chairmen. He is a core politician. There's no way he will betray Okpebholo for Asue at the tribunal. He would have done that to Uzodinma and Ododo who did worse to him
