But Yaradua reversed the sale due to pressure from NLC and to also appear independent.

The idea that OBJ's blind trust's share in Transcorp which happens to be the minority shareholder in
the BlueStar consortium was responsible for the cancellation is gross misunderstanding of the issue.

If it was the case, other acquisitions by Transcorp during the period would have also been reversed.
