Am having problems getting Opay ATM card, as I have an Opay account

I received ATM codes with my number, but they couldn't successfully capture my pics.

The Lady told me it's probably because i was not the one who registered the Sim card (been using the line for almost 20 year's) another person suggested I go to the head quarters, but I don't know where it's located

I work at ekewan but I now reside at Egor uwelu

Please i really need this card
