A young man narrowly escaped death this morning, Saturday 4th January, after an attempted robbery attack at Meniru, Agbani Road, Enugu. He was pushed out from a moving bus. Some kindhearted Nigerians assisted in getting him to Good Shepherd Hospital in Enugu.

Please let's be careful as the days are evil. His family members have not been able to be contacted as at the time of this report.

The rate of crime in Nigeria now is alarming, despite equipping the police and other security agencies to fight it,as no state or community is spared.

This i think was triggered by the excruciating hardship in the country now.

One of the way the government can reduce the upsurge of crime is to create jobs and bring down the prices of essential commodities including food.

If all the nations refineries are working at full capacity with Dangote refinery,I think the price of fuel will come down.

This will help reduce the prices of goods and services which will ultimately reduce crime rate in the society.
