So, saying class is form from 6 to 16/17 is total balderdash, because that person that brought the wealth into the lineage will probably achieve that with age, which those after him will now enjoy.

A very good example is the owner of KFC who had little to nothing at his 30s but became a millionaire in his 60s to 70s, the late owner of Access holdings, the owner of UBA group(Elumelu), Folorunsho Alakija of Rose of Sharon group, etc., these people brought wealth into their lineages and they all have classes.
Most if not all were nobody up to their 30s.

So, your statement and assumption is watery and doesn't even make any sense.
