The police have already responded to this allegation. They contacted the Corrections Service and the Corrections Service confirmed that Ayomide is still in prison. It was a different person with the same name that was released.

The police PRO posted a picture of the charge sheet and a screenshot of a FIJ article. The same FIJ that is now saying that he was not remanded actually reported his arraignment in court.
