| Re: My Agric Farm Diary (cucumber, Tomato, Pepper, Etc) by emmaachile2(op): 9:24pm On Jan 05, 2025 |
omoniyisam:Yes, first harvest on day 35 after germination. Second harvest should be today or tomorrow. Will update more. Curved fruits in cucumber is likely a result of low soil moisture. Cucumber need up to 3-4 litre per plant a day for optimum production

| Re: My Agric Farm Diary (cucumber, Tomato, Pepper, Etc) by emmaachile2(op): 8:29am On Jan 12, 2025 |
aliadi2:Cross pollination can't happen. But you need to up your spray program because they both belong to same family cucurbits and can share some pests especially aphids between each other. |

| Re: My Agric Farm Diary (cucumber, Tomato, Pepper, Etc) by emmaachile2(op): 4:17pm On Jan 12, 2025 |
omoniyisam:I will when I receive pictures and data. The farmer in Ogun State is an unfortunate one. He is trying to be funny by hiding the statistics of the farm. I now know why some farmers will never succeed. I am done with that farm and in short small farms currently. I will update on another two farms, one 2850 population at Ibadan (day 30) and the other 1850 at Awka (day 37) |
