President Muhammadu Buhari has berated Nigerian youths for being 'uneducated' and 'not ready to work'.

President Buhari, while speaking during a panel discussion at the Commonwealth business forum in Westminster, London, expressed displeasure with youths in Nigeria because they were dependent on revenue from oil to survive.

He said the youths, who make up 60 percent of the population, were waiting to get social amenities free without doing anything.

"And then the economy. We have a very young population and our population is estimated conservatively to be 180 million. The 60 percent of the population is below the age of 30. A lot of them have not been to school and they are claiming that Nigeria has been an oil producing country and therefore they should sit and do nothing and get housing, healthcare and education free,"

The moderator had asked Buhari to give his final thoughts on the issues discussed. The President said he had fulfilled his campaign promises by improving on the nation’s security and the economy.

People like you are the ones that cry and begin to report your brother or sister who you once neglected on this same foolish premise when they later made it beyond your expectations in life.

As a matter of fact, no matter how terrible my family members treated me, if I strike gold while struggling as a result have more than enough, any family member that comes around will definitely benefit from me.

Even though I was abandoned by all of them while I'm still hustling now. It won't matter again when I finally become super wealthy. I will still help them.

Helping them at that time will only serve as deterrence to others. At that time I won't even need to remind them of their foolishness in the time past.

One good thing about this situation is - they won't have the liver to come close to you for big request or have the closeness they ought to have because deep down in their mind they are aware they don't deserve it.

A friend that's currently helping me ; I mean real help. He can give me 1m at a go. He was someone I lived with when I had and I did my best to ensure he was fine with his gf then and another friend living with us.

My mindset was just to give and forget about it as I never knew a time would come these same set of folks would still be my master one day.

I went completely broke last year and while my family members abandoned me, this guy stood completely by me.

I know if my friend was someone like you, that foolish mindset that nobody owns you anything would have kicked in and he would have preferred that he abandoned me too.

You can't live this life alone. You need people and many people need you too. They might not be many but you sure need certain individuals in your life journey.

Silence the I don't own people and nobody owns me mentality. It's evil and makes no sense.

Just be good and give if you have it but yes be careful with the type of people you help too.

Part of those that I helped in my family were amongst those who were happy I had a downfall and they had more than enough to help but they never showed up.

If I had not spread myself across many places when I had and assisted as many persons as possible, who knows maybe I would have become a street begger by now.
