The bill aims is to increase the tax base while reducing the taxation. That will still bring increase in tax collection

you are not versed in political economy. The bottom line of of capitalism is that the rich don't pay tax. Forget tinubu and his gang of criminal that want tax poor Nigerians to death without building infrastructure or providing social security for the poor. No country becomes rich by taxing it's citizens especially the poor ones. This why Britain is crumbling economically, over reliance on tax.
