How, please. I just open an account with them. They said they have powerful software that will be trading on trader's behalf.
I attended their seminar on Ai and later registered, I became their client with #1,221,000.00. I later observed that I couldn't have access to my account then I asked for refund of my money and they put me in suspense which made me petitioned to EFCC and on radio program. I wanted to upload my petition to EFCC but I couldn't. I am advising anybody to be aware especially Tomiwa Agboola. Just becareful.

True talk!
Many so called OnLine Scheme, who dubiously called themselves Microfinance Banks have nothing to offer the Public.
e.g How can you give out e.g.80k borrowing and you want 50k,as interest for 90Days or 3month.
That is killing and greed.
Do you blame them, but they will point out the CBN High Rates.
The CBN in Nigeria and since Independence, have not benefits the Populace, with high interest Rates, killing the business initiatives, with heavy Debt recovery!

Emomotimi Agama, the director-general (DG) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), says the regulator’s top priority for 2025 is to revamp regulations on investment fraud, also known as ponzi scheme, to enhance detection and accountability.

In his new year message to the capital market over the weekend, Agama said the commission’s plans for the year also include mainstreaming the Nigerian capital market into the economy.

“The SEC is positioned with a dual mandate in regulating and developing the capital market in Nigeria. Naturally, our top priority in 2025 will cut across the dual mandate. For us, mainstreaming the Nigerian Capital Market into the economy is very vital,” he said.

“Enforcement is the backbone of effective regulation. We are revamping our investigative processes to enhance efficiency and hold bad actors accountable more decisively.

“Insider trading undermines activities and dampens market fairness. By revising our regulatory framework, we aim to strengthen detection, prevention, and accountability mechanisms.

“Transparency is at the heart of investor confidence and capital markets. We will introduce measures to ensure greater visibility and trust in securities transactions.”

Agama also said the commodities market is a major area of interest for the SEC.

“Nigeria is purely an agrarian nation and as such, taking that comparative advantage to the next level, is something that the SEC is proud to be a part of,” he said.

“It is a vital part of the Nigeria economy. This year, we will focus on reinforcing the legal and regulatory structures that support growth so we can create a solid foundation for the vibrant commodities ecosystem. Be it a soft commodity or a hard commodity.

“More so, when we have a plethora of commodities all over Nigeria. The SEC as a partner in development will make sure that we will make the difference.”

The DG added that the commission intends to steer the capital market towards a direction that ensures development reaches every Nigerian in the capital market community.

Always barking but no bites, where is SEC when MBA Forex, Chinmark and co were swindling people? Even now, start with banks and see to illegal deductions and failed transactions; down to all these unregulated/shady online platforms.

I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A "PONZI" SCAMMER ARRESTED IN NIGERIA, NEVER!!
This is why knowledge, including online and offline due diligence of all investment offerings is key. If the returns are too good to be true, or you pick up several negative reviews online about a company, then don't invest your hard-earned money.

That's the first line of investment defense strategy.

Was your account being traded via the AI tool?

Second, did you reach out by phone or physically to their HQ on Adeniyi Jones Avenue, Ikeja in Lagos? That could have resolved your withdrawal issue faster.

There are folks in the Diaspora who have accounts with that broker without issues though.

@Olachase, visit this thread below and ask investment questions from the NGX experts there. It's better to leave your money in the bank than to invest that sum of money in nonsense. Do your due diligence always.

- I petitioned their head office and nothing came from them until I threatened them with radio program. Someone then responded that they will look into my petition. I presumed scam in Oyo State office under Tomiwa Agboola.

Oga it is better to give your friend who is good in trading to trade your assets for you.

Plus we are not talking about forex brokers here, we are talking about account managers and hedge funds. A BROKER does not trade your account for you. You only use them as the platform to execute your trades (examples FXTM).

We are talking where you invest in a trading house expecting returns like a hedge fund. There is no one like that good in Nigeria.

It is best to find your friend that is good in Forex and invest in his head than to waste your money on all those scammers. That way, if your friend lose the money at least you know the risks.

All those others lure you in with false promises of good returns.

The reason why people like Rally Trade Academy are always running courses and telling people to bring their money let them trade it on their behalf is because they are failed as traders. Living on some past accolades, they use their limited forex knowledge to organise useless courses and scam people of their little money.
They know the average Nigerian does not have the patience, and resources to fully master trading. So they say, bring your money, we will trade for you and you will see so so and so returns.
At the beginning they give you small returns to increase your trust then eat your money and say they are doing upgrade grin.

I must have misunderstood your point of view. I am a Forex trader and I don't even buy the idea of trading on anyone's behalf. One must be patient enough to learn how to trade and adopt the right risk management and physchology. Then he/she then proceed to start earning.

Okay, I get it.

I want to assume that you've been given your money back now after the petitions.

The seasoned financial markets trader, Michael Akinwale is the Country Head or boss of that broker (which was established in Nigeria from the United Kingdom headquarters in 2015) and reaching out directly to Michael via his phone or email would have quickened the withdrawal process since he himself and other top staff have always emphasized that you can make instant deposits and withdrawals anytime from your trading accounts. Your account manager with the broker is supposed to have seamlessly helped you to make withdrawals at the Ibadan branch office, so, it's very tacky and shocking that this wasn't done seamlessly for you.

I like your channel but isn’t this your %ROI not too high for 11 months.
I've been on the project for 3 years self funding, brick by brick with hard work and dedication God has built this and it not via any other means rather than personal income, debt, hustle here and their and we've able to acquire close to 20 acres with a building and other structure on it, for over 3 years I've been able to get some loyal and dedicated workers on payroll but at this moment my hands are so tied, i need a working capital in form or liquid to continue running the show for the next 11 months.

He idea is to bring in good cassava stick, plant and manage then harvest after 10 months, giving 40% to someone to trust me just one time is all I need, raining season is coming, check our last year corn, the portion wind spoilt is more than what some peasant farmers here plant, I just came to farm tonight, in fact our bike fell when coming but I thank God for His safety, getting to farm to relieve my assistant then met with land issues for 2 angles, the community eyes is entering the project and it's expected, more cash is needed to quickly cement our authority and it cost money also to process CofO.

Cassava is a raw material, palm tree is a raw material, after 11months of investment and you get your money back, if I design something else as our next farming agenda and I give 25%, you'll know it's fair and trust me there will be more investors and trust me, it's not like I need much, in fact 2m is much but will be perfect.

Note: a sack of hot pepper was sold for 150k at a point last year, imagine having a facility to produce 5 bags in 5 days, I have a proven farm design to regenerate more than that and I've called this project regeneration systems of livestock production, if I take you deeper into this things ehn... No be mouth I.

Saying it is one thing, doing it is totally another thing. How SEC will enforce crackdowns and justice against Ponzi schemers is what I'll love to see.

Plus Ponzi schemers will continue to have a field day due to the lack of financial intelligence of the populace, and this is not limited to Nigeria.
