Check you manual its either call Charge voltage (C.V)/ Bulk voltage. then you will see float volatge too, check does settings and see what are the figures there.

I also noticed that the actual power output of most panels are actually below their stated power ratings.
Is this standard practice or is that of jinko panel different?
Also what do you guys think of the quality of powmr lifepo4 battery compared to other reputable brands

The performance of every panels has never been the same and it will never be. Many factors are involved including changing of stickers/fake labels. Go for recommended products and purchase them from a reputable dealer.
I can't really say there is much different between powmr lifepo4 battery and other brands, though you have not mentioned the other reputable brands. Go for anyone you feel will give you a good customer support and honor its warranty promise.

Is there a reason y U need this particular brand, y not go for a famous brand n buy from a known source. Once U make d mistake of buying fake panels, to get rid of dem is always difficult and painful.
