It does matter her reasons because she hasn't just seen the light on it, she wants to use the cases to further her political ambition. Like I said, she never cared about the victims and still doesn't.

By the way, the cases have all gone to court and been judged on so it is not about "seeking justice" as you claimed. She is asking for a judicial review which is different.
