Even at that you will most likely stop collecting a rent from her, which I think is more beneficial to your finance than a mere sex you get from her. You will most likely spend more dating her than someone from outside. You will most likely be element of ridiculous if other tenants get to know your relationship with her. It is also feel like taking advantage of her, and if she rejects the offer, you may be living in captivity in your own house because any step you take to correct her wrong doing in compound will look like winch hunt to her. tctrills:I don't think they are like your every day customer, mainly because there's a contractual agreement between tenant and landlord. Unless there is firm interest (marriage type) and not mere infatuation, such relationships should be avoided at all coats. |
