Very good,it is an Extension of English -Vocabulary!
Everything said here is truth on the local - e g JAPA -is a large movements of young people Population abroad,in search of jobs and security.etc.
We all uses these terms interchangeable!
-EBA:is a Common Food - that is actually acceptable to Ordinary NIGERIANS.
It is made from Garri - Flakes and this is made from Cassava Plants.

Unlike intellectuals, characters like you pick things from the middle and not the root when doing evaluations. Perhaps it is out of bias, darkness , bitterness or low IQ ... I may be wrong.
So, because other people have adopted those Yoruba words means we should forget the ORIGINS of the words?

Many English words and numbers have Greek, Latin French, Spanish and even Arabic origins and the English don't throw away these origins. They pay respect to the languages that enriched the English language. I cannot say the same for people like you.

MadamVanessa:
shocked

I saw one clown above gloating over this. I don't see these words as Yoruba words anymore, these words are used virtually by all Nigerians , even in other African countries too. These words are more like Nigerian creole language (pidgin). Those words were not added to oxford dictionary because it's Yoruba words but because of high percentage of speakers using it daily.

Please don't let your inferiority complex makes you think that you've achieved anything on this. It's just a normal thing. I cant even count the numbers of Swahili words and other languages words that have made it way to oxford dictionary yet the speakers don't make a fused.

I expect the land of PhD holders to behave more maturely.
