I did all those hormonal and testosterone test in a very expensive private hospital. It cost me around 115k

It came out all normal

I noticed all these symptoms after I used a toilet in a brothel to defecate mid November

Some times, ED is caused by more serious underlying factors.
When I experienced this, I was way off track from God. I had backslid and living life on my own terms- immorally.
I still don't know whose prayers God answered over me, but some how I was able to go for spiritual counselling, prayer and deliverance.
When I rededicated my life to Christ, I was healed of my ailments, including liver issues and STIs.

New years are always a good opportunity for a reset. I pray God grants you mercy to overcome this and be delivered from the powers holding you on the bondage of sin in Jesus name. Choose this year to be close to your maker and it will be your best decision.

With this your testimony, I suspect only two possible cause left. 1. Phycological problem which is a brain issue or spiritual tone. If it is the first, anxiety or fear of the implication of what you are passing through will only compound the problem, so, stop disturbing yourself with anxiety and take nutritional supplement to remain healthy secondly. if it is spiritual, back tract your sexual relationship with the last woman before you start noticing that, that woman probably using men or in one way or the order diabolical. This is a good decision to avoid temporary enhancement drugs. I'll also advice that you avoid herbal concoctions that you didn't prepare yourself (like the Akpor Jedi someone mentioned). You should know what you are taking into your system to avoid complicating issues or even creating new ones.

I'll suggest you do a specific site search on google targeting nairaland. I once came across a thread where a guy who personally had erectile issues and was lucky to get a recipe that works. He shared the recipe here on nairaland and several other people tried it and also came here on nairaland to share their testimonies. I usually don't trust herbal concoctions especially those prepared and sold by herbal doctors.
