Somebody help!!
I have been trying to port my 9mobile to Airtel but it's not working. 9mobile doesn't work again,the number says switched off when dialled and i can't throw it away because it's a number I have been using for years.

MTN said they don't do porting for now.

I have gone to an Airtel office and even paid, I was given a sim pack, but the 9mobile porting has not worked,even after 48hrs.

Anyone that successfully port their 9mobile should advise please.

Hmmm, anyone with solution should kindly help. Whenever I mention 9mobile, people say "Does that network still exist" Or have they shutdown already?

To make matters worse it's my main sim

same here too. Would have thrown the sim away if it wasn't my main line.

I think it won’t work until that 9mobile has network again.

I ported from MTN to 9mobile and now, 9mobile is no longer living up to expectation and I need to port back to MTN.

What's the way forward guys?

this is my case. Ported from MTN to 9mobile. 9mobile is now a mess.

Some people are saying they're no longer in operation. Don't know how true this is..

My 9mobile sim is not getting network for the past three weeks,it's obvious they have collapsed.

What's the way forward

March 2025 and I am having the same issue. I was told to go to MTN head office at Ikeja but they still told me same thing.
Somebody should help us.
