Time for Saudi?

Whether it is the owner mandating Edu to sell before buying or it is due to PSR, nobody can tell. But what I know is we have enough 'deadwoods' in the squad to fund transfers.

Parteyhuh!!! I feel we should give him one more year though.

By the way, I won’t mind Trosaard leaving sha.

Well, I quite agree with you to let him stay for one more year but as of now, there has been nothing done about contract extension. Which is why I put his name there.

For the left wing, Rodrigo seems like the most realistic and ideal signing.

Statistical-wise, I think he is better than Williams and Leao.

For the RW, Kang-in Lee is a No for me. Even as a backup. Johan would be my choice.

CF? Isak and Sesko are still my options. But at this rate, be like we go take anyone we see even if na Marouane Chamakh 😂😂

The only transfer that single handedly ruin us last season... the person who initiated and or scouted this deal should rot in jail and those who approved the transaction deserve death by hanging.

In as much as I didn't rate Xhaka back then, I won't mind calling him back just to discard Advertz.

From a fan in justarsenal forum who said and I quote "with due respect and thanks to Arteta for his assembled squad we need to get a serious coach that can get us trophies" the quoted sound too mean but if we look deeply Arteta is trying so hard to proof that soft quoted saying to be true.
Make Arteta sha no whine us this season.

We wasted Özil's peak years with Giroud as his striker now we are wasting Ødegaard's with Havertz and friends. When are we ever going to change?

Copied

Is this factual or speculation?

If this is a pot to pick potential signings from, how many do you think this current administration will get to turn things around?

Rodrygo
Ademola Lookman
Mbeumo
Isak
Osimhen
Gyokeres
Sesko

Most of these guys are going to be very expensive.

Without batting an eyelid, I will take Isak over any CF on that list.

Camavinga is a player I have always wished we for. I have followed him closely since his Rennes days. He is strong, has great on-ball technique, reads the game well, and a tackler. He would be the perfect replacement for an aging Partey. To imagine he is only 22…

Ademola Lookman is another one. Gasperini has everything to do with evolution into a world beater. He would absolutely dominate that left side.

You guys keep blaming administration like they pick money from sky, if you invest in something without result but hope will you continue. In the end we haven't gotten any results from the spending but only hope we are fighting, some fans even turned it to achievement and made the coach immortal.
Have said it several times that we will suffer for arteta wastefulness
And it's biting us hard, this man and edu prioritize defense than balancing the squad.
All the useless players they loaned out are still useless apart from Tavares
No one wants awilo, maquinhos and viera sum up the 3 and you get a good RW or CF. He also got a useless versatile player in Kai that's useless in all position
I knew this day the owners won't drop money again will come, the fact that he is not even helping himself speak alot
Even if he bottle 2 league trophies he should at least win some other cups

If Jorginho leaves Partey will stay. Arteta always keeps an old experienced head in the squad.

You're not correct

Last season Havertz was our second best scorer. This season he is the best.

Based on this fact, if there's anyone you want to blame for whatever performance index you are looking at, it should never be Havettz

It's Jodera2 that do match your energy (it been a while self, hope the dude is fine).

That's how some peeps brought out 1 million reasons why G12 is a good striker some even said he's a great striker then.

Do you still remember DWL and AWL debate... it's always been attacking fess before defending.

I can count up to 10 matches the attack looks toothless which made almighty wall to be damn porous... this is 3rd season and una defense never secure us shibi not to talk of carabao.

Back to your Advertz matter... I can't engage in back and forth argument that will later turn to amala discussion.

Since Xhaka left, everything he's did for us, he is still doing. And he's aged like fine wine with improvement as well. I miss his out of the blues shots. His replacement can't even shot to save himself.
Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by mostob(m): 11:32am On Jan 10, 2025
When it comes to interview, Arteta is a smart coach. He understands how the whole media thing works. I will give him that.

This is why I doubted the whole carabao cup viral posts. I stumbled on the transcripts of that interview and it turned out he was merely responding to a question.

on the ball used in the Carabao Cup:
It's just different, very different to a Premier League ball and you have to adapt to that because it flies differently. When you touch it, the grip is very different as well, so you have to adapt to that

It will make absolute sense to do due diligence before throwing your coach under the bus dear fans.
It happened during Auba and Ozil saga as well. Thank God the truth came out.

Xhaka only did something for us for one full season(His last season with us). The earlier seasons he used at Arsenal he was more of a liability than an asset. He scores a handful of shots and then goes on to collect red cards by dishing out malicious tackles .

The other times he's not copping red cards, he's going too soft in midfield allowing opposition players free entry and free exit. Let's just thank God for the addition of Partey to our midfield and Arteta doing a good job to help Xhaka become a better player after the misery he has caused us in the past.

Jorginho was offered to Palmeiras and the Arsenal midfielder's representative has already met with the Brazilian club.
