No traditional religion can do such things they will continue to complicate issues.

All spirits operates the same way because they are not related to any human so for them to serve justice all those involved must be equal before the spirit.

They must love their neighbours as ourselves {Mark 12:31} and have love among themselves! John 13:34-35

In the first century our brothers meet in the homes of their fellow believers but today we build Halls where we meet for that purpose it's not called "CHURCH" but "KINGDOM HALL"
