It's a deferent scenario. The Germans where the ones who invaded. Israel was the one who invaded Palestine. After the WW2 the west brought Israelis to Palestine and the Palestinians accepted them only for Israel to start grabbing and killing them.

Even if you believe that Israel grabbed Arab land, by 1929, there wasn't a single plot of grabbed land yet. The Jews by that time only occupied land they legally bought from the Arabs. In the 1920s and 30s, it was the Arabs grabbing Jewish land.

Well let's not divert, my point remains that if not for WW2, by now Hitlers ideology would have been world wide. So you can defeat an ideology via war.
Same goes for the Japanese ideology.
Fascism was also killed in Italy by war. So the idea that an ideology can't be defeated by weapons is unproven and wrong.

So if you want us to discuss what happened after 1929 we would but let's get it clear, the Arabs began the trouble in the land. Secondly, the west bank is not occupied land, it is disputed land. It never officially belonged to a Palestinian nation. Israel captured it from Jordan who also took it by force. Before 1947, there were many Jewish villages and settlements in Jerusalem and the west bank. When Jordan captured the land, they kicked out at least 25k Jews from the land. So let's call it disputed land not occupied land. It doesn't legally belong to the Palestinians.

Why they take that approach is beyond me. You see people having so much hate but not become terrorists. You see Africans suppressed by the West for years but they don't become terrorists.

On the other hand, some Muslims turn to terrorism to fight back against the West. The West think they can end it by eliminating their leaders but they're making a mistake. They only fuel the anger. They push even more people to join groups like Hamas and Hezbollah when they kill or injure their loved ones.

I have seen videos of non Hezbollah members saying they wished they were members after their loved ones were injured by Israeli strikes. One of them was the father of a small girl who lost half of her brain.

To be honest though, the West are not saints. They commit some of the very same acts they classify as terrorism. Look at what Israel is doing? What if the tables were turned?

As for why some Muslims turn to terrorism, there are many possible reasons. They see each other as brothers and sisters just because of their religion. Even if they are complete strangers, they see each other as one big family.

And then there's the argument people make that the Qur'an incites violence. Even though the Bible also incites violence, you don't see extreme Christian terrorists like Muslims.

It's very complicated, but the bottom line is people are different. The US and Israel don't understand the fundamental motivations of Hamas and Hezbollah and labelling them as terrorists only furthers that ignorance. They're fighting for land and freedom not in the name of religion. If they took time to understand them, they would approach things differently and handle the situation better.
