Therefore, we don't want complain from the other side. Hamas is winning and Israel is loosing so the cry is for we the supporters of Israel. We don't want to hear IDF killed women and children again. If Hamas are powerful, they should prevent IDF from invading Gaza not to even reach the state of killing women and children.

Israel was celebrating a feast. Which means they were on holidays. They never expected that they would be attacked unprovoked on Oct 7. However, I still blame Israel for not been proactive with their security during those period. They left their guard down. It's a huge lesson to them moving forward.
