we are saying the saying the same thing, he's powerless without his gun, but that shouldn't be an excuse for a "trained police officer" not to be able to subdue that lady.

It shows he's just a weak man, he could have defended himself, or restrict that lady as a police officer, but look at how she disgraced him until passersby came to his rescue
