Just imagine. US still saving Russian ass even at war.
That's all Russia got. Just threat of using nuclear weapons. And this is the same country that wants to engage NATO in a conventional war. An army that can't even defeat Ukraine in a conventional war.

I repeat, bar nuclear weapon, even Estonia will soundly defeat Russian army.
If you are still wondering why the war is still taking so long, it's nothing other than the fact that US and other world powers are trying to contain a nuclear war which Russia wants to happen at all cost. Of course, not because the US will lose but rather because the catastrophe will be too great for the whole of the human race. What even makes us so sure that the seed bank in Norway will be able to sustain the few remaining humans.

Also bear in mind that the 20% Russia holds contains most of the mineral resources of Ukraine, mines, steel plants, coal plants aluminum etc. Russia has the productive part of Ukraine what does it need kyiv or kharkiv for.
