They don't get this much attention.

Did they excell at same level during the NDA programme ? No is the answer.
They are good but officer Bature was adjudged exceptional.

I applaud his focus but i can't see any battle fied experience wit all the wars going on in the north east. I think he should have head one of those command as a captain to face either Bokos boys or ISWAP and the others then u will know he has a complete career.
Captain Bature lead so so theatre command against so so terrorist in so so so location defeated them with minimal casualty under his command.

That's why my guys in the army will always say no matter ur award or experience off battle field, u are still a baby Army when u have not seen ur colleagues die in front/besides u. Then u will feel what it means to kill n to be killed.

All these are Theory.

All these awards are ceremonial, if u look back to our army in those days that went to topple governments and win battles in other nations those are real army with Award of excellence.

Wishing him all the best till those Generals allow him face Boko boys and bandit.

Let him go for his career advancement course as when due please. There are military drill instructors and trainers to do the job. Besides when he has completed his platoon/battle commander course @ Sandhurst or senior staff course he can returned back for that responsibility. Time waits for no one.

He should also not use Ahmed.
Remember a certain Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
He should refrain from using Buhari and Ahmed, as the combination will ultimately degrade the effectiveness of his mental acuity.

Hope by the time he becomes a commander in his unit he will not compromise in fighting insurgency.

The best Soldiers are field soldiers that i can say Authoritatively, even the rear command/administrative Soldiers will tell u this!

I have worked with them for years, they wey they go out when they get signal packs of 15 to 30 soldiers in different Hilux will amaze u but when they come back with 20 or 25 out of 30 soldiers u will calm everywhere and tears without noise. The administrative staff are most sad sometimes.

Without them u can't administer anything in peace if they dont spill their blood when they go out to keep terrorist at bay
