During a stop at a check point, the interaction between the motorist and the police was recorded on video.

The police officer in question was not interested in conducting his lawful duties, instead he asked questions like “ How can you afford this car “, “ Let me see your phone “.

This clip got mixed reactions from people.

What I know is that, the police don't harass elderly rich people except the youth of today with the presumption that they are into crime of which turns out to be true with very high probability.

It will only end when all the states commissioner of justice in Nigeria will rise up to the occasion and live up to protect the citizens as the chief law officer of the states.

The office of the commissioner of justice is so powerful that they can initiate or stop every case initiated by the police but they choose to exist in office for signing contract papers for the government and receiving tips from contractors.


What a terrible case we have as a nation.

Stereotypical thought is just so much in this country. Like as if wealth is tied to age. The funniest thing is some or let me say few of these guys have legit works they're doing and they're really yielding for them but they don't just loud the updates because of the modus operandi is somehow. I met someone who works remotely from Nigeria here but had to fake their locations to get the job because most would not give them if they get to know they're from here and they must survive. These guys cash out $100-200 fortnightly If caught by EFCC now, they're doing yahoo without even listening to their side of story in an objective way or police now, they must check their phones. We don't have to be stocked in old way of thinking please. Everything yahoo, and no be say una go give them that job again, if dem do business, na credit and tax una go use chase them away

Had to cough out roughly 300k to bail my car from the cops after my ride was confisticated for tint without permit on the 24th of December. Nobody tell me b4 I use water and soft rag wipe out the front tint. Tank God for my sis who gave me 200k, else my car for celebrate Christmas for station.

Come to Port Harcourt and see with your eyes how police officers are constituting nuisance on the highways. Their activities do result to hold ups on the highways all in the name of searching young citizens with fancy cars.

It's funny how they fail to ask the right questions in line with their duties.


I think every Nigerian should install dash cam in their vehicle, since the government refused to give their legal criminals bodycam
