Ours went from RICH to BROKE and now WEALTHY.

1) INVEST IN QUALITY RELATIONSHIPS



2) REMAIN TEACHABLE FOREVER



these two will help you NEVER TO FALL and if you ever do, YOU WILL BOUNCE BACK UP IN NO TIME.

I won't say rich per say maybe middle class,dad own two cars, multiple shops, didn't go to school but trained his brothers.

Business stopped prospering,his last shop got demolished.

Wake up!

They may not be as wealthy as their father, but being poor now should ot be possible

Lol... Economy. Poor decisions. Poor investments. Some people's businesses are not sustainable and they didn't evolve.

Someone people made one hit money and couldn't utilize it. Scams/fraud/419 was rife in those days and some people thrived on it. Now people are wiser and hardly fall for the same scam.

And so on.

Too much family load and lack of foresight (lack of investing in asset, establish business).

Rich Dad Poor Dad Scenario

A lot of Nigerians/Africans are spendthrifts who lack long-term investment mentality. So when the economy tanked and the middle class disappeared, only the generationally wealthy survived.
