Why would you be working in a place and be stealing?
Such acts puts everyone working there at risk and accused....and according to the late DMX,rip,your play with my life,when you play with my money.

But that doesn't give these guys any right whatsoever to brutalise this lady like this...she's not a kid nah. Just shame her and sack her or hand her over to police,if you like but this kind of humiliation and brutality,NO.

Let's wait and see what the authorities might do.

This is terrible. Anyway, Lagos State Police command has instructed the area command to arrest the owner of that shop by the name Chidiebere Onu. It was also alleged that that's how Chidi does to all his female workers whenever they commit a crime. Chidiebere Anus or Onu, submit yourself to the Police immediately or else.........

Let's put joke apart. Nigerians can be wicked o, so so wicked. Let's say that girl actually stole as been alleged. You have caught her already, I mean she's in your custody already and not on the run. Then why beating her like a beast, even you can beat a beast like that in a civilized world.

Why not take her to the police station and get things done in a proper manner....sadly enough, you know bought canes for your brothers and friends to be beating her continuously. Out of those beating her, I can beat my chest, there are rapists, robbers, Yahoo Yahoo and even murderers among them......

Some Nigerians are very wicked....

Owners wicked as much as the employees

Employees have rendered many employers peniless due to stealing etc.....

Also. Some employers have developed a thick skin in mistreating their workers badly.... even though they don't misbehave....

Personally I've caught [b]hundreds of people [/b]stealing from my biz over the past decade or so. Both staff and customers...I simply give u a stern warning never to step foot into my premises again. I don't even have time and strength for police and market officials wahala.

What if the person is Ill and dies in my hand or in detention?

This is the only sure way to make her never steal there again because she would know that even with what she did, her boss covered her up and still give her someone else she may need.
She would have been completely loyal and hardworking to the business course.

Hmmm ... doesn't she have a husband? ...or male family members? ... or can't she consult with area boys? When Police turn a blind eye ...jungle justice needs to step in. Is it that difficult to kidnap the owner? ... or his wife? ... and serve the same punishment? ... or is it that difficult to convert his store to a heap of ash? I'm almost sure this is not the first time . People need to face consequences for their actions . For now ....people need to bomb his store ... his car .... and him with rotten eggs.

I don't have pity for anyone that's caught stealing, whatever punishment that comes their way they deserve it. People should learn not to take what does not belong to them, I'll rather ask than steal from anyone. Besides, is she not paid for her job?
