This is false. Muslim and Jews worship the same deity. Christianity defines their own deity in a completely different way than Judaism and Islam do.

Meanwhile, Twenty trusted countries—Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the Republic of Korea, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom—are exempt from these caps, allowing them unrestricted access to cutting-edge U.S. chip technology.

Yes,maybe government reserve lands, aside that every land has a owner.Even in the mangroves, you would be surprised that people will lay claims to it.

For context; On December 31st,my bus broke down on the lagos-ibadan just at the outskirts of Ode-Remo town,Ishara side. About 50km to ibadan. On the left side of the express,it is just a vast thick forest as far as your eyes can see and to my greatest surprise at the opposite side of the express were there were few settlements, a woman told me all that forest close to the main road is sold out by the chiefs , the only vacant ones are family lands behind the main road. So pls no go dey think say empty lands no get owner.
Is this not what I’ve been saying all along? The “chiefs” (or as I call them, land grabbers) have been selling off our lands. But do they actually own these lands? It seems as if it is only the "chiefs" have ancestral land, while ordinary people like us fell from heaven without forefathers or ancestors who possessed land. This cycle repeats itself season after season.

I’m familiar with these individuals, and I know what I’m saying. Some of their children are our friends, and I know a chief who has benefited from the royalties of land sales multiple times, despite having no real connection to the land. Not once, not twice, but on several occasions year in year out. I don’t want to say too much because someone might recognize me from this moniker.

Let me share a story (though I won’t go into too much detail). In October 2020, a Chinese company wanted to purchase land in the Simawa area. However, they insisted on meeting all the family members involved before proceeding with the purchase.

So, these individuals scrambled to find people to stand on a piece of land, pose with an elderly person bearing one of the ancient surnames, take pictures, and then collect the money. Although the share that was given to them was insignificantly small, it was still “free money.” It was a sham, and I witnessed it firsthand.

This raises a critical question, if the property is genuinely yours, why would you need to find people to share the money with? Wouldn’t you be the sole beneficiary of the sale? The fact that they’re searching for people to fill gaps for non-existent "families" suggests that the ownership is questionable, and they’re trying to fabricate legitimacy.

The question again, why only the "chiefs" always have land to sell?

The point u are failing to understand is that there are usually original first settlers in each communities. Those first settlers usually have an extended family who will later become landowners and possibly document their title of ownership of the land with government.

When such areas start getting developed, the families of the first settlers will then start selling lands to anybody that cares to buy.

What u narrated in ur story about the chief getting people to pose as family members just sounds as the particular chief trying to outsmart other family members by selling part of the land that belongs to the whole family without carrying them along. It does not in any way mean he's grabbing land that has no owner.

As regards ur question as to why is it that only chiefs have land to sell? The answer is very simple; Most of the first original settlers in a community always end up having chieftaincy/royalty in their lineage. I mean my great great grandfather might be the first settler in Ojo and he was a high chief during his lifetime. Definitely that chiefdom will remain in our family, my great grandfather, my grandfather, my father and possibly my elder brother will be high chiefs as well.

You really not to stop believing that people just wake one day, point out to hectares of land and claim it as theirs. You need to let it go.

He's gone!

I read that this December while Tinubu was around the members of GAC raised the issue of how Obasa has disrespected Sanwoolu and challenged him openly over and over again. You remember the comments he made about he being qualified to become the governor when Sanwoolu went to present the budget? Most people felt those comments were totally unnecessary .

It was a case of Obasa over playing his hand. He also wanted them to sack the LASIEC chairman for reasons best known to him.

They said Tinubu was not happy with him and gave him a tongue lashing in the presence of the GAC members. They said after the meeting Obasa wanted to have a one-on-one talk with Tinubu but unfortunately for him he wasn't granted time alone with Tinubu. couple of GAC members joined the meeting and Obasa was still condemned.

Tinubu concluded the meeting by saying he knew what to do on the matter and would do so when the time comes. I guess this is it.

Most likely the face tattoo is his own way of rebranding.
I don't think he will look like a junkie within the space of 2 to 3 months when he was last seen performing at shows.

I think people just have a pre-meditated bias that he is likely going through a lot and that bias is what is making people think of him as being different beyond the face tattoo he got recently..
That’s why I said he might be a lover of arts

He should've just stayed on the low and be enjoying the benevolence of their oga patapata. Now he has lost everything and will just be an ordinary member of the house.

Yes o, in fact it's both Ambode and Sanwoolu that will be happy he's down and out.

He actually rejected Sanwoolu's commissioners' list and forced him to replace some of the names on the list. He really entered Sanwoolu gan o, but Sanwoolu seem to be more of a gentleman .

I also just read he’s currently out of the country .

So they had house seating without him and sacked him in absentia.

I learnt they are now accusing him of misappropriating funds ; the same allegations they’ve been throwing under the carpet for him .

It’s not just about his ambitions , he Dey give Sanwoolu headache too. He seem to think he’s more powerful than the sitting governor , more like he doesn’t rate Sawoolu and that’s why he’s been undermining him.

Dem just use two stones kill Obasa bird 🦜
