I equally have millions and worth millions of naira, and that does not make me a millionaire. A billionaire is someone whose networth is at least one billion dollars. It is usually measured by dollars the world's greatest currency. You can't be a billionaire in anambra and at the same time a hundrednaire in New York . Most of our so called Nigeria's billionaires are just millionaires. Those positions are global positions. If to just worth millions is a millionaire, then most people carrying I-Phone 16 are millionaires
