In a serious country where rule of law is sacrosanct and obeyed, Wike fight is purely political and no basis in law.
After a court of law says don't do congress, no matter ridiculous the order may be, it is expected you obeyed it and then appeal it. You don't say because you're this or that I then take law I to your own hand. It won't work that way.
I said it that time that the congress would be nullified for disobedience to court directive.
The problem we have is that politicians would just want things to always go their way.
Wike should try and soft pedals and wait for the next election circle if luck will smile at him. This fight is too bigger than him. Even if the 27 lawmakers recovered their seats, they cannot impeach the governor because they have lost on grounds of sympathy from those that should have helped them.

Even the novice knew that the congress will be voided. Meaning you don't need be a lawyer or judge to know that when a court gave an order, you need to respect it no matter how stupid the order may look like.
On the above premise, if the court look other way, then, such court or judge has contravened the rule and the law, as it is purely contempt of the court order.
Who will not complain if otherwise, except those the contrary judgement favours.

Fubara may sell out to Tinubu. Don't fall for it. You don't even know if Tinubu is the one behind those judges so that he can discard Wike.

As it stands now, Wike would have to work twice as hard to maintain his position and that means in the 2027 election, it would be bloody in Abuja. They will unleash what they did in Rivers and Lagos because Wike has to show workings.

Fubara should exercise caution and avoid openly celebrating at this time. Instead, he should allow the Caretaker to take the reins and wait for the court's final decision regarding the 27 lawmakers who defected.

Prematurely showing his allegiance to the PDP could jeopardize his position, as the ongoing court case may not favor him if he's perceived that he will work against Tinubu

The judgement was given by River State high court. There's a reason Wike always take his court cases to federal high court in Abuja but I don't expect you to know because you're just being emotional over political matter. The same Rivers state voided APC Congress but what comes out of it? Okocha publicly blast the judge and Fubara and he continues his work as Apc chairman in Rivers. Fubara should go and build APP so the party can be strong in the next election.

For most of you guys expecting Wike to fall in River State, kindly rethink there is no how the supreme court would validate Fubara's case !

Give reasons. It will take a lot of maneuvering for those 27 lawmakers fingers not to be burnt., as they have to prove beyond doubt that they didn't defect to APC. They have to prove that they didn't sworn affidavit that they have defected and in their affidavit they told the court not to allow INEC to conduct by elections to replace them and also ask PDP and the Rivers House of Assembly not to declare their seats vacant.
Except you wish to tell the world that people can go to court and obtain an affidavit that they don't need and say words that are not true to deceive the court. If you can claim that, then, that is another case of perjury, which attracts jail term.
Have you sat to ask yourself this millennium question. Why do they go back to court to go and withdrew the said affidavit late last year after such affidavit has become a concern for their defection? Their lawyers must have weighed the import of the affidavit and see how damaging the affidavit must have been to their case. Buy you know one thing in law, you cannot aprobate and reprobate at the same time. The cause of action has been done and cannot be redone when a case as been filled and all documents tendered at the law court. The only thing they can do is to ask for out of court settlement but cannot undo what has been filled for long.
