You will even start to wonder, are these insecurities not caused by people wanting to drive every business to Lagos?
Is Lagos state more secured

That is a dumb way to think and something is seriously wrong with your education and thought process for you to think in this manner.

Next, you are going to deny the criminals are Igbos but fulanis.

To wipe you Oraimo cord for your bald head dey hungry me.

We should clamour for state policing.
Are the people of Eleme Igbos? I used to think they are Ogonis around that axis.

You donn carry am, dump for Ndi Igbo already. Na waoah ooo, ana aria Ndi ofe, ana aria kwa so called Ndi Igbo.
It is the same everyone crime and kidnap is rampant. I was replying to the thread about the banker who was killed in Awka.
I have no bitterness or angst towards my tribe as I have only been to Nigeria once in almost two decades. I also carry a foreign western passport and can choose to look away and pretend it does not concern me. How long shall we continue like that?
Not everything should be tainted with tribal lenses.

I want safety and security for our people and Nigeria at large. Check crime rates in Anambra recently, even my village of Nibo was not spared so my concerns are very legitimate.

Why are you not thinking of those who want Soludo out at all cost so that they can get to power Before the election that made him governor, do you remember how armed men attacked him in his village and killed so many people?

If it is madness and generational curse on this nation, how can a government watch her security architecture deteriorate asif it's a norm?
Insecurities everywhere and nothing tangible is done to cub it. People losing their lives like guinea pig waiting to be used for experiment. Taking a walk outta ones house requires constant recitation of the book of Psalms.
Imagine a foreigner dying an excruciating death for carrying out his primary assignment in a God-forsaken country.
I am so enraged now!!!

I hope it wasn't an insider job. Corporate drivers could be desperate sometimes to make money off their employers. Some disgruntled labourers of some companies are still capable of pulling off this kind of attack on their companies

It was Niger Delta people that started kidnap-for-ransom in Nigeria.

I'm surprised they're still doing it, very stupid people angry

I don't think their driver was involved otherwise he won't also risk his own life while trying to escape

Was a typo. I was commenting on the lady banker kidnapping in Awka while multi-tasking on others matters.

Tribalism has no profits as it makes no sense to me so no everyone is bigoted.

Continue living in denials inugo. It will get to your doorstep soon. Oge megi vum n'anya.

The logistic involved in kidnapping, hiding victims and collecting ransoms while still staying hidden can only be done by locals.

Continue with your head buried in the sands like the proverbial ostrich.

Everything is now political for people like you.

Ive been telling people of Rivers that the insecurities there are sponsored to drive expatriates to Lagos. Unfortunately the region doing these things claim to be best allies of Rivers state.

Who is at loss here?

Who are the people sponsoring it? Is it not the Niger Deltans themselves that are making their place inhospitable for expatriates?!

That was exactly how they frustrated Shell out of Warri, now it's a dead town!

Crime in Rivers State is by Igbos? Your thought process is faulty.

Anyway, you don't argue with skull miners and ethnic evanchists who doesn't see beyond Lagos -Ibadan axis.

this kidnapping is getting out of hand....
if the government or president won't address it, then it's time will all have a gun,
we've been having useless presidents since 1960,
it's time we declear death sentence to most crimes
tinubu is just there appointing here and there people just to help him loot,
enough is enough
