I know the solution because I experienced for up to 25 years, doctor even suggested surgical operation when it became worst but I refused but l am totally okay now.

Kindly check ur diets. U may stop taking bread, tea, whether Milo or Bornvita, stop everything. Also stop taking Soda drinks like coke, Fanta and the rest. Take a cup of water in the morning before anything and make sure u stay hydrated throughout the whole day. U can take analgesics for the pains..like cataflam or ibuprofen provided u don't have ulcer. Make sure u wash up very well after defecation. Finally, u may need need to observe those diets that give u constipation...they are actually individualistic. Thank you

foods hardly give constipation except for fizzy caffeinated drinks..
and in cases of bowel irritation or celiac issues diary products also might give constipation..

but according, rice(white rice) bread (non wheat ones) gives constipation
