The diplomat season 2 is a solid 8.5/10 for me. One of the best political drama out there, this season 2 is even better, more intensed and more interesting than the season 1. Each and everyone of the casts brought out their A games, they were absolutely wonderful. The chemistry, the dialogues, the politics being played, the secrets, the relationships, the tensions, everything packed in one series, i couldn't get enough of this series, the season 2 has just 6 episodes that i got so angry when the last episode ended in a major twist, an unbelievable twist that nobody saw coming. Thank goodness, season 3 will be out this year. I just can't pinpoint my favourite scenes but i so much love everytime the ambassador engages in an intensed dialogues with her husband, they are so cool together i wish they are together in real life, you can see the onscreen chemistry bettwen them. Another person i have come to like so much is the prime minister, man gave it his all in this series with his indirect insulting British and egoistic accents. The introduction of the vice president, the last minute death of the president, the devastating phone call by the husband of the ambassador, the secret planning of the ambassador to become vice president. I want to see how that will affect America, Russia, Scotland, France, Wales and Nato. I can't wait for season 3.

American primeval is a solid 7/10 for me. I love the storyline of this western adventure and action packed series with a religious intonation. The very old rugged America. Though the series kind of ended in a sad/happy ending, wasn't expecting it to end that way at all but then again, it makes it more realistic. That fool, that simp that lost his life all because of a woman that clearly don't desire him as much as he did. The guy made me so angry each time he calls out her name, lol I wish i could give him a dirty slap. Series is action packed, gore and bloody with numerous battles. I know this is just the beginning, now we wait for the confrontation between the united state government and the Mormon people and then we wait what befalls the woman and her son in California.

DieRich5:I don't think I'll be able to trust your takes going forward, lol. As for the bolded, that won't be necessary. I'm currently watching Hotel Del Luna, it's not action, but it's intriguing and unique in it's own way. Loving it so far. I lost a loved one recently so it hits quite differently with me, seeing as it deals with how dead people are treated. |
