How good is 50 miles( 80 km ) with10 Liters of fuel on a corolla 2010 . I have run a diagnostic check and noting was found, no check light. I just bought new air Filter two days ago. I am struggling to notice any fuel improvement.

Please, I need your assistance on how to further improve my fuel usage.

Bad fuel and incomplete litre. That 10litre is less than 8 litre. Nothing wrong with your car

Eternal fuel station. There fuel used to be white so my guess is from dangote, but the have return to our normal fuel. I will switch to enyo. And note my car is stick shift.

I used to get to get 12 or 13km per litre, so these year i change my driving pattern and boom my mpg increased.

May only happen if the car is new. I don't think it is possible with a used car, shortchanged filling station meter guage and poor fuel quality

Stick shift is manual transmission. I'm always soft with my gas pedal, especially during takeoff. I don't exceed 2,500 rpm expect on highway. The most important is engine braking, i make sure to use it well when coming to a stop! I always give distance to the car in my front to avoid unnecessary or emergency braking. I shift my gears faster, i can be at 40km at 5th gear and no lugging on my engine. No unnecessary loads that will add weight in my trunk, and my tyres are gauged at 35psi. This are the tricks that work for me.
