Halleluyah to the Lord for opening ur spiritual eyes to see grin

Oya help me tell Koded to also drop that line of thought that Rice is not better than Elneny

On a serious note, Rice plays really well more than a typical English player and he can run ehn
I think it's because he is of Irish descent but then look at grealish grin
We are just fortunate with Rice

That Graelish na king of Shaku shaku. I just thank God we never thought of signing him back then when he flattering to deceive at Aston Villa.

Imagine both Ben White and Skelly on the pitch riling opponents off grin

It will be total fun to watch both trouble makers do their thing at the same time

In Case You Missed It : Yesternight Trossard dribble Pedro Porro to injury 😎
what a wickedness!
Porro was lucky yesterday. He survived a potential muscle tear (thigh), harmstring injury, knee snap and ankle sprain. grin grin
Trossard is wicked abeg.

I like the guy. Baba collect yellow card and started laughing... The way he was rallying up the fans when he was sub off eh... And the fans were responding.

I hope Arteta continue to help him develop in that LB. Moving him to midfield is a big No for me

That is what we expect from Martinelli and not just relying on his pace every now and then. Martinelli is slowly turning into Man Utd's Valencia whom we nicknamed "One-Way" back then because of how predictable his wing play was. Every defender that faces him knows he just wants to try and outpace u and cross the ball into the box. He's never going to dribble and cut the ball indside to his weaker foot.

Trossard being able to use both legs to take shots is a big big plus and will always make it easy for him to end players' careers with those kinds of embarrassing dribbles.

Calafiori's injury is a big blessing to this Skelly boy and he's not joking with the opportunity at all. The fact that he's endearing himself to the fans already will make him really settle well into becoming a player the fans love.

It is surprising that the club is not even thinking of sending him on loan but giving him a shot at competing with first team players in a big club like Arsenal.

With time he might get moved to midfield, but that will be dependent on what becomes of our Carabao cup journey after the second league vs Newcastle

We're up against Aston Villa next. Liverpool visits Brentford.

We need the whole three points.

Yes... He is grabbing the opportunity with all he has.
A very proactive boy.

I still don't want to see him in midfield. He is at his best when he is facing the game (like VVD).
The last time he played in midfield, he was losing possessions.

The second leg against Newcastle is in two weeks time if I'm correct. Hopefully we will have players back for that match.

Anytime I re watch that Trosaard dribbling of Pedro Porro, I can’t help but laugh 😂

Trosaard no try for that guy. That’s the revenge for what Zirkzee did to saliba 🤣

Anytime I see Gabriel playing well and getting deserved recognition, I'm always glad I defended his purchase back then we were discussing Attack vs Defence . The way Kokane dey rubbish am that year ehn.....one would've thought Gabriel is as calamitous as Mustafi and Sokratis ni.

I'm very happy Gabriel has turned out to be one of the best CBs in the league. Nowadays even when Saliba is caught napping, Gabriel is always there to help him keep the backline safe

Watching the highlights again
Rice, how many lungs does this guy have
I never rated him when he was in West Ham or when we wanted to buy him cause I feel he will fade away like every white English players but this guy is a perfect box to box
His ability to also read game is brilliant, In the closing minutes he noticed partey is getting tired, he dropped deeper to help
He also form formidable partner with MLS
This life no balance sha, there was this viewing center I used to watch match, there is a guy there that will neever appreciate rice, he can watch the whole match fault finding anything rice does, at some point, the other people watching the same match will have to counter his opinion.

He pisses me off so much because his voice is so loud and husky, and the baba will have the audacity to be giving wack analysis while we are watching ball. 🤣😂

Person no know ball, but na him voice loud pass 🤣😂.

The reason why I cut Rice some slack is that the guy hasn’t really rested since the Euros, but I’m sure before the season runs out, he will pick form again.

I’m beginning to see flashes of the old Odegaard from our yesterday’s match.

We need signings badly.

That sesko is not legit Jare
Sesko already made it clear he wants to stay till end of the season
Then we want loan with option to buy while Leipzig want obligation with money ahead
Which kind contract be that, we should get vlahovic on loan to see off the season Jare
Kolo muani already sign for juve that won't need him again

A player who was brought in to sort our goals problem but has consistently messed up chances after chances is not worst signing; if he's not , then who is ?

Popular opinion as how? I watch Havertz every week in Arsenal colors , I do not only watch the matches live but also watch replays when SuperSports show replay few days after the match. Havertz was poor at Chelsea and still poor at Arsenal. Most of the goals he scores for us , Nketiah would score them and even more without us having to pay him huge salaries.

I say Havertz is our worst signing because we signed a player that misses chances more than he scores for 65 million and earns almost 300k as weekly salary ; making him the highest paid player at Arsenal. I know you like Havertz(for reasons best known to you) , but those of us who are not emotionally attached to him just have to say things the way they are; Havertz joining us did not improve our team as it should.

I hope the club signs another frontman and give such player chance, u will see how much Havertz's signing has drawn us back.
If you see him as the worst signing, as in worst than Sterling, worst than Vieira, etc. Ok

I am not emotionally attached to Havertz, if not I won't see his weaknesses. I only defend him when I feel he is not judged correctly. I don't judge a GK with the same measure I judge a striker. I also won't compare two strikers if they play under different conditions.

For example Salah as a winger does not have the burden to defend unlike Saka. That's hy I will rate Saka higher despite that Salah may have a higher GA record.

Havertz is just a common scapegoat the same way Giroud was. But the manager that plays them consistently in both club and country know what he offers his team.
