But the realities on ground is clearly opposite to all the big grammar written up there.

Sanusi should have kept quiet. It's unbecoming for a first rate traditional ruler to speak the way he did. You will NEVER hear the Sultan of Sokoto, Oba of Benin or Oni of Ife speak like that in public. He has not done himself, or the institution he represents any favours

The way they quickly write a letter to counter any oppositional voice amazes me.

People are suffering, but this administration is hell bent on telling Nigerians to endure hardship that better days are coming.

Really!

Sanusi can go and die for all we care. He’s mad. No one needs his approval or support for anything.

When he wanted desperately to become Emir in 2014, it was Tinubu who took a flight to Kano late in the night to beg Kwakwanso and the Kano kingmakers to make him Emir when another candidate had already been agreed upon. So, how is Tinubu now his problem? The fight over Kano emirate is a Kano affair between Kano elites. Tinubu has no business with it.
So he should not say anything about the shortcomings of this regime because Tinubu begged on his behalf to become Emir right ? You Tinubu urchins are despicable

It's not everything one has to respond to especially as it needs no response. This response is needless and unnecessarily antagonistic.

For someone who once championed tough economic reforms, it’s ironic to see him sidestep support now that these policies are in motion. His relevance fades when he prioritizes perceived estrangement over the nation's progress. The reforms he once endorsed are gaining traction, and this moment is less about Sanusi’s approval and more about collective action.
Sanusi's support remains his own personal property, so why is FG wailing that he is not giving his support to their policies ?

If they were firmly sure that those policies or reforms were yielding the right kind of fruit for the citizenry, they would not be squawking around seeking outsiders to support them.

In fact, the people would be applauding them.

Let FG stop this propaganda and their gimmicks. There is hunger everywhere. Those reforms are only increasing the hardships in the land.

As at today, 6 people have asked me for financial handouts as their businesses have collapsed due to this FG's so-called reforms.

You’re right to point this out. however Sanusi was once a strong advocate for tough economic reforms, but now it seems he’s distancing himself from the very changes he pushed for.

Did anyone ask Sanusi to support the reforms? He came out without being asked to say the government is not educating Nigerians about the reforms and that he wouldn't help in doing so.
Yes, there's hunger just like Sanusi admitted that these were the consequences of decades of economic mismanagement.

I love Sanusi for being always outspoken. And he is a highly intelligent man.

However, it's all hypocrisy. For all the year's that Buhari was messing up things, Sanusi kept mute.

He will still be removed at least one more time as the emir. . Lol.
The rate at which some of you manufacture lie is something one need to study specially at Harvard University.

You claimed Emir Sanusi Lamido Sanusi kept mute all the years Buhari was president but I want to tell you that you're lying like the devil.

These are news of Emir Sanusi Lamido Sanusi attacking the policies of Buhari. It was even part of it that caused him the emirship then.

Every Obas cannot be the same. We know hypocritical obas that it is only where belle faced. They did same during Abacha's regime. We know the kind of underground support they were giving Abacha and Babangida. It's never a new thing. Even when the country is going down, they always feigned ignorance of the situations and the country go to dust bin.

What would T-pain do, as Obas is not within the federal government purview. The only person that can do him long thing is the Kano state governor and not even any other state for that matter.

He is technically in support of the government reforms. He only advocated for the appointee of the government to communicate those reforms to Nigerians further.

The Dumbos in the presidency must respond to every advice or criticism

The demonic reforms only affected the common Nigerians negatively but the political class and their top business cronies are swimming in wealth.

The 2025 budget still consist of buying SUVs, renovating houses for politicians, owambe in the name of anniversary in the blue economy ministry, even minister Adelabu budgeted 8 million for power payments sensitisation.

The performance of the.capital expenditure in the 2024 budget was not up to 25% in actual metrics but the recurrent category in same budget had 95% completion cos they pay themselves

All motion without movement

Jobless political jobbers

Projections from respected institutions, including the World Bank, show an upward trajectory in Nigeria’s GDP, signalling that our economy is firmly on the path to recovery. Additionally, by addressing inefficiencies, the country has reduced its debt service-to-revenue ratio, creating a more sustainable fiscal framework for future generations.
Nobody eats GDP o.

GDP looks like the key metric to borrow more money from those institutions. How does it translate to easing the rising inflation (especially for basic goods)?
