SE is an area. Igbo is an ethnicity. A person can be from an ethnic group without being from the area where that ethnic group is dominant, just like Yorubas in Kwara and Kogi are not from the Soth West where most Yorubas come from.

That aside, the decision of whether to create an Anioma state and join it to the South East is not bad if the Anioma people wish so, and if they go without grabbing other's land.

Infaejuna was the mastermind. Nzeogwu was recruited into the plot at a later stage. Why Nzeogwu's name was prominent was because he was the one deployed to kill the Sardauna in Kaduna.
