You might not find her cheating in her phone chat, but may be discussing something sinister about you with people. Like what to do to you if she gets any hint of cheating. A platonic relationship with a lady (kept secret to give you business, because she opposes ladies doing business with you) could lead to something else.

1. What was the origin of the extra monitoring?.
Try and understand her point of view, and what you could do to reassure her or to win hertrust back.

2. "Did she submit to the same level of transparency?"
If she does, the problem is half solved. She may be insecure, but may still be safe. If, on the other hand, she does not submit herself to the same level of transparency, then you should shout for help or run for your life. That behaviour is manipulative, controlling and narcissistic.

My own wife can at will enter my phone, use it, download, enter my social media platforms etc etc. She knows all my passwords as I know hers.

I have never ever have to worry that she will find something incriminating in my conversations with others.

So long as you are using phone that is registered with that Gmail, she will keep monitoring all your activities.

With that your Gmail, she can remotely install any app she want on your devices. She can also access other passwords you use on that device.

Remove that Gmail account from that device.
Turn off your Location.

Stop using iphone. Iphone can be monitored by paying online companies to do it after providing them your phone number. They don't need physical access to your phone to do this. All your iphone information on iphone is backed up on their cloud account that is where the spy companies get your chats, photos and call records.

Android phones can be monitored but the person must get physical access to your phone first to install a hidden spy app which shows no screen but will be running. You have to reset your phone to factory settings. If possible flash it. Then password it. Don't let her know your password and don't let her know the pattern lock or don't allow her add a second finger print. Set your phone screen to lock back within 3 seconds after it's idle. Also don't even use fingerprint so she doesn't use your finger to open it when you are asleep. If she cannot open your android phone in your absence, she won't be able to install a spy ware
