There are manufacturers that can construct these carriages in Nigeria.
We have Dangote, Innossion, Nord and others but politicians won't patronise . Yet they kept singing, " Buy Made in Nigeria."

They should also look into human capital development

I love lagos governor still have more sense than remaining 34 death governors. With consistent like so 👌 development will be coming. But one more thing let the governor still focus on 24/7 light, since nigeria governorment not working on light wahala. There must be intentional plans to start having these carriages made in Nigeria as soon as Ajaokuta comes on stream. Nigeria has world-class engineers and industrial designers living and working around the world that can make this happen. The NRC already has actual prototypes of carriages made in Nigeria from back in the 1980s and 1990s.
